Yufuin Sanshoro

About 9 minutes’ walk from JR Yufuin station will find a restaurant standing in the countryside that overlooks beautiful Mt.Yufu. It is a very popular Japanese restaurant called “Yufuin Sanshoro”. The owner of this restaurant is regarded as the most prominent chef in Yufuin area. He has had a magnificent career as a chef. After he worked as a chief chef at a first class hot spring hotel, worked at a Japanese restaurant in Miran, Italy, then came back to Japan to supervise the menu served in the trains of JR Kyushu. The creative and original Japanese dishes made by him amaze his customers.
