At the Skywalk, orangutans can be observed tightrope walking. They acrobatically swing and walk on the ropes that are stretched between the tower and their enclosure. In addition in the African Garden, they have the world's rarest animal, King cheetah, which draws many visitors.

The Butterfly House exhibits hundreds of colorful free-flying butterflies throughout the year, and you can observe them by walking through the pavilion. The Insectarium houses rare insects from foreign countries. They have various interactive displays as well as specimens and models of insects.

The Lion Bus circles around a 1-hectare area of Tama Zoological Park, and you can see about 20 lions who reside in the park. From the bus, you can see the lions in their natural setting.*The bus will be out of service due to construction work from April 1, 2016, but come and see them after they restart the service.
