Sukehachi-zushi is a restaurant known as an originator of Maesawa-gyu nigiri, hand-rolled beef sushi using the brand beef of Iwate Prefecture. Maesawa-gyu nigiri was first made more than 20 years ago. Matured, sweet beef is grilled and put on top of hand-rolled rice just like other sushi.
