Yukijirushi Parlor, Sapporo

There is a long-established café that has stubbornly continued using their traditional recipe in Sapporo, Hokkaido. The most popular item is “Snow Royal Special”, a special vanilla ice cream that was made as an offering to the then emperor in 1968. The restaurant on the second floor offers outstanding food including some parfait and cakes using plenty of “Snow Royal Special” and even some snacks too. You can find several kinds of sweets which are good for souvenirs on the first floor.
