Opened in 1979, this is a fashion building with an overwhelming popularity among teenagers. It has been a trendsetter and a pioneer of pop culture especially among high school girls since the late 90s. The building features over 100 shops offering garments & accessories of various styles ranging from casual to "gals" style. MAGNET by Shibuya 109 is a new facility in front of the Scramble Crossing. Targeting both locals and foreign visitors who are in sync with the latest trends, you can enjoy a range of food, music, art and entertainment in one place. There is an observation deck overlooking the intersection, which is also very popular among foreign tourists.
