There is only one dish on the menu: "Hiroshima tsukemen" (normal 970 yen/ tax included). The normal portion of cold straight noodles is actually 1.5 times bigger than usual. On top of them, plenty of cooled cabbage, sliced cucumbers, roasted chashu (pork fillet) and leeks are served. The light yet spicy soup is very addictive.
