Adding to halfbeak, baked shrimp, and octopus, it includes a lot of seasonal small fish. The fish are small, but taste very good. “Chuka-soba” (500 yen) is Chinese noodles based on chicken bone broth having plain taste and loved by enthusiastic fans. Its noodle is thin, and the ingredients are bean sprouts and pork. The soup tastes mild and you will recognize that it is made carefully. This hearty taste is superb.
