Odawara-dashi Don (1,800 yen) is the most popular dish for only 10 customers per day between 12:00 and 14:00 on weekends and national holidays. It is a bowl of rice (don) with oden ingredients mixed with seafood, such as Kinmedai (splendid alfonsino), on top that is served with dashi broth poured over the bowl. The dish is similar to Kaisen-don Chazuke (a bowl of rice with seafood on top that is served with green tea poured over the bowl). This is definitely a umami-filled dish.
