"Dolphin Fantasy" displayed in the observation deck is a wall painting that was inspired by Greek mythology related to dolphins. Once it gets dark, the painting glows and creates a mysterious atmosphere. The spot is also known as a romantic matchmaking spot, and it is said that if you tie a misanga bracelet to a nearby pole, your romantic wish will come true.

A flea market is held in the plaza in front of the tower, every first and third Sunday of the month. Around 100 stands participate, selling clothes, antiques and handmade goods. Take a look after your visit to the tower and you may make an unexpected discovery?!
