Nikko Kanaya Hotel Craft Lounge is the coffee lounge located on the first floor of Nikko Kanaya Hotel. The tea produced by a German Company, Ronnefeldt, one of the finest in the world is best matched with some special cakes made by a pastry chef at Kanaya Hotel. The specialty here is “Hyakunen Rice Curry (curry and rice with a 100-year history)”, a dish made using a recipe written in the Taisho era, which was discovered from the old storehouse of Kanaya Hotel in 2003. Kanaya Hotel is Japan’s oldest Western-style hotel and has proudly maintained this grandeur for over 140 years with flair.
