Nagatoro

Nagatoro is a town in Saitama and the entire town is famous for cherry blossoms! You can enjoy viewing the elegant appearance of blooming sakura everywhere here in spring. This town is full of cherry blossom scenic spots, which include a Sakura Tunnel, a street totally covered by cherry blossom trees, Sakura Pathway, a hiking trail of Mt. Hodo that towers over the town, and SL Train & Sakura that is unique to Nagatoro. One day is definitely not enough to see all these spots. Nagatoro is bustling with many visitors in spring every year and it is an established sakura viewing town that you shouldn’t miss.
