Kininaru Oyasumidokoro Yume no Kaze

(Source : 食べログ)
“Yume no Kaze” is a restaurant where you can enjoy both Iwate Prefecture’s famous overflowing bite-size “wanko soba” noodles as well as the local Hiraizumi traditional home cooking of “mochi-zen.” The mochi-kome glutinous rice used to make the mochi, as well as the adzuki beans, green soybeans, and walnuts that are used for the “anko” red bean paste are all made with local produce. Because the ingredients used for the mochi are 100% mochi-kome glutinous rice, the expiration date for the treats is a mere 2 hours after making! These treats are well known for their thick and soft texture. Yume no Kaze is a restaurant loved by both tourists and locals alike.
