Keio Department Store

(Source : )
Located at the West exit of JR Shinjuku station, Keio Department Store attracts senior citizens who want to shop in a tranquil atmosphere. Special attention is given to the environment so that the customers can shop comfortably. Especially in the ladies apparel section on the fourth floor, the fitting rooms are larger than those found regularly. Fresh food including fruits and vegetables are provided on the first basement floor along with various delicatessens and confectioneries, so it's a convenient place to purchase souvenirs. A tax exemption service counter is located on the second floor.

Merchandise Displayed by Items

In other department stores, the merchandise is usually displayed by brands. However, Keio Department Store displays items by type: knits, skirts and anything else so that you can compare the products side by side. This system is very popular with its customers. They also research, develop and sell their own unique merchandise.
