Floating Lanterns and Fireworks Festival

This festival is held every year on August 16. The colorful lanterns of red, blue and yellow fill the coastline, while as many as 13,000 fireworks decorate the night sky in many colors. It is the biggest fireworks festival on the Japan Sea coast.
