The restaurant has a line up of original dishes using oyster and conger eel from Miyajima. Strongly recommended is the Hiroshima Oyster Gratin (600 yen/2 pcs) with a white sauce made with oyster stock. All dishes are arranged in a Miyajima style, such as the Miyajima Oyster Japanese Pizza (1,200 yen) and Teriyaki Conger Eel Japanese Pizza (1,200 yen).

The steamed oysters cooked at once in a high temperature steam of 130 degrees trap the flavors inside and maintain a nicely firm texture. This also prevents them from shrinking like grilled oysters.

This dish of whole deep fried specialty conger eel can only be found here. It is served with three kinds of dipping sauces: tomato, tar tar and okonomiyaki-style. With 500 yen more, you can make it into a set menu with rice and miso soup. The volume is pretty filling as well.
