What makes this shop so special is their exquisite soup! The base of the soup is made from 18 whole chickens and pot herbs cooked over 10 hours. Then, the soup stock made from some seafood such as konbu (sea weed), niboshi (boiled and dried sardines) and dried scallops is added to the base soup to make the ramen soup.
