The Yamato no Jinomon Set (2,470 yen with tax) includes a small grilled eel rice bowl, local chicken called Yamato nikutori, somen (thin wheat flour noodle), a side dish, pickles and dessert. The chicken is marinated with traditional Japanese fermented seasoning, shiokoji, before grilling.
