The head chef of Goryu was trained at the founding restaurant of Kure reimen, Chinrai-ken. You can find many of the same toppings at Goryu as you can at Chinrai-ken like cucumber, hard-boiled egg, pickled shrimp, and thin slices of roasted pork, but what sets Goryu apart is the unique super thin and soft flat noodles. You can also find a generous amount of the elegant and flavorful chicken-bone soup broth.
