Asakusa Hanayashiki was founded as a botanical garden in 1853 and converted to an amusement park later on. That is why, there are a lot of plants and flowers that remind us of a botanical garden. It is the oldest amusement park in Japan and still attracts many tourists. Their roller coaster is also the oldest in Japan. It is so old that you will be thrilled with terror that it might break down at any moment. This is an exprience very unique to this place. Its nostalgic atmosphere goes with the overall mood in Asakusa.

Space Shot takes you up to a height of 60 meters which is higher than Bee Tower. Besides you remain at a sitting position when you go up and it is extremely thrilling.
