There are many miso katsu restaurants in Nagoya, but Yabaton Yabacho Honten is one of the most popular restaurants in the city. Founded in 1947, this long-standing restaurant started as a small local restaurant, but it became a large chain in the country and overseas. Their reputation spread by word to mouth, and the restaurants attract 2.3 million customers worldwide.
