Suginoi is a restaurant overflowing with the traditional atmosphere of Japan located along the Saigawa River that runs through the center of Kanazawa city, Ishikawa. This restaurant utilizes an old traditional home that is quiet and refined and has 6 different private rooms, each with their own different design. Here you can relax and enjoy your traditional Japanese meal at a slow pace. The kaiseki full course meals at Suginoi use carefully selected ingredients and offer you a chance to taste some local specialties of Ishikawa like the elegant “jibuni” made with boiled duck.
