Tsukinoi is a long-established restaurant and patisserie with a history of over 150 years, facing Yubatake, a landmark of Kusatsu Onsen (hot spring). It has been loved by not only locals but also tourists. It offers a somewhat quaint, nostalgic interior, and runs a patisserie and café selling homemade western confectionery on the first floor, and restaurant serving western dishes on the second floor.
