Custom-ordered sauce and the secret of noodles
The sauce is custom-ordered with their special recipe to the major sauce supplier, Otafuku Sauce. It contains more tomato and less salt. The noodles are seasoned with special pork bone soup beforehand, and this will make the big difference when they are in the okonomiyaki.
Nagata-ya yaki with egg and a lot of green onions
The classic and most popular menu here is Nagata-ya yaki （1,350 yen including tax）. It has meat, egg, raw squid, raw shrimp, tempura squid and lots of sliced green onions in it, and you will choose yakisoba or udon. You can savor each different taste and texture of all ingredients, then the special sauce unifies them as one delicious dish.
