The present owner of this restaurant is the fifth owner who trained himself at the renowned high class restaurant in Osaka, “Kitcho”. Here at “Kairakutei”, he serves exquisite dishes using local seafood and vegetables for reasonable prices. The menu and prices are same for both lunch time and dinner time.
