Konnyaku Park

As a low-calorie and healthy food, konnyaku draws attention from overseas. Konnyaku is a gelatinous food that is made from konnyaku potato, and 90% of the potatoes are grown in Gunma prefecture. Konnyaku Park, located in Gunma, is a theme park where visitors can tour its factory and experience making konnyaku. It has a restaurant that offers konnyaku dish buffet as well. In the gift shop, you can purchase various konnyaku products, and there are also foot baths in the park.

Fun Factory Tour

In the Konnyaku and Shirataki (noodles made from konnyaku) Factory Zone and the Jello Factory Zone, visitors can tour two production lines that make their products using konnyaku potatoes and konnyaku powder. There are also a video and a panel in the factory that introduces the history and trivia of konnyaku for visitors to enjoy leaning about konnyaku.
