Kitchen New Hoshino

Kitchen New Hoshino is a “yoshoku” restaurant featuring Japanese-style western dishes located inside one of the largest markets in the Kanto area, the Omiya Ichiba market. You can find all kinds of yoshoku classics here such as Japanese curry, hayashi rice (rice with hashed meat), hamburg steak, shoga-yaki (sweet and salty ginger-fried pork), and so on. There are also various original dishes with genuine flavors to be found on the menu. The most popular dish is the “Tokusen Jumbo Katsu Curry” (1,000 yen) which features a rich specialty curry served with freshly deep fried thick and crispy katsu pork cutlets. The inside of the restaurant is also spacious and has lots of seating available.
