The main dish here in Kawanami is “Farm Dish” course which menu is decided on the harvest of that day. There are three kinds for this course, including “Sankai” (6,480 yen, tax included), the dishes using homegrown vegetables, fish, and local chicken. The fish caught in the shore is kept in the special water tank until it is cooked. Even the vegetables to decorate sashimi are harvested in the morning of the day.

Kawanami serves dishes on carefully selected tableware so that it can also be enjoyed by sight. Some are selected by the owner, and some are even made by the owner.
