Kaki-Udon in a Hot Soup Made with Oyster Stock

Kaki-udon (1,000 yen) is udon topped with five big oysters, kelp (kombu), fish cake, Wakame seaweed and leek. Its tasty soup is made with oyster soup stock. The oysters on top are properly cooked and contains much juice in it. Those oysters and udon create an absolutely great harmony in your mouth.
