Horumon Zaichi

(Source : )
Tsukishima is well-known for the many monjayaki (thin, pan-fried pancake) restaurants in Tokyo. Tsukishima Horumon Zaichi, located in a quiet residential area just a minute's walk from Tsukishima Station, is always crowded with families or businessmen after work. The reason why this restaurant is always ranked high on travel websites and gets introduced on gourmet TV shows often is because they only use Hida-gyu from Gifu prefecture, which was awarded as being the best brand of beef in Japan. Most of the staff including the owner are from Hidatakayama, the home of Hida-gyu, so they are close to being experts about Hida-gyu.

Horumon Zaichi has joined hands with the illustrious Yamatake Farm which has had a history of 60 years in Hidatakayama. All the cows are checked and only the best Japanese Black Beef of the day is delivered. The beef has a beautiful marble pattern and the taste is rich yet clean and fresh at the same time.
