Specialty original blend miso

The most popular item on the menu is definitely the miso nikomi udon (850 yen). The head chef’s specialty broth is made by blending two types of miso bought from a local warehouse and while having a deep rich body it also has smooth and mellow flavor. The dish is served in a hot iron bowl so even if you take your time eating, it will stay piping hot until the end!
