The dishes are made of vegetables that those ladies have grown in their farms. You can taste a variety of homemade vegetable dishes, such as a popular "vegetable curry", pot-au-feu, cake made of seasonal vegetables, etc. They started this restaurant because they wished that, "people living in the city would know how delicious vegetables are."
