From February 19, 2019, the convenience store chain Lawson introduced an adorable Hello Kitty steamed bun ♡♡♡
This year, Hello Kitty celebrates her 45th birthday and to commemorate this, Sanrio collaborated with Lawson to create various Kitty-chan goods and treats. Since Hello Kitty is 45, she's been around for more time than some of us ;)
Last year, Lawson had also sold a Rilakkuma steamed bun in a chocolate flavor! Let's check out what Kitty-man tastes like!
The Kitty bun has an apple custard flavor.
It looks so cute that we had a tough time cutting it! >__<
As soon as you cut the bun, the aroma of apples and custard cream wafts through.
Chunky pieces of apple and custard cream that is not too sweet matches perfectly with the soft, fluffy bun.
It comes in this cute Hello Kitty designed paper wrap (´；ω；`)
Just for 200 yen, you can buy these in Lawson all over Japan.
