Ao no Dokutsu Shibuya (青の洞窟 SHIBUYA) is an illumination event from November 29 - January 14 in its fourth year.
Around 600,000 blue lights adorn the area from Shibuya Koen-dori to Yoyogi Park in Shibuya.
