Yuigadokuson

The building with a unique appearance standing in front of JR Furano station is Yuigadokuson, a popular restaurant that serves curry and sausages cooked with local ingredients and local beer in Furano. Their curry is made with onions stir-fried for three days, local vegetables, and more than 30 kinds of spices cooked altogether for a whole day. The curry cooked for as long as four days in total is full of sweetness and the rich taste of vegetables and definitely tastes good. Their sausages are 100% Hokkaido pork and smoked with wild cherry tree firewood. They are very popular as a topping for curry.
