The rice used for the specialty tenmusu (eat in-store 1 portion 756 yen) is koshihikari, which has a good balance in all aspects of taste, stickiness and flavor. Inside there are two crunchy shrimp! The combination of rice and the saltiness of the shrimp will no doubt get you hooked so much so that you won't want to stop eating!

An accompaniment to tenmusu that you cannot leave out is kyarabuki, butterbur flavored sweet'n'spicy in sugar and soy sauce. The taste is pretty strong so it goes perfectly together with the lightly salted tenmusu! It is included on the side when you order tenmusu, but can also be ordered separately for 350 yen.
