This is the tallest tower in Kyoto where you can look out over the city of Kyoto from 360 degrees from the observation deck at a height of 100 meters. It is well-known as the landmark of Kyoto Station. You can enjoy the landscape of the four seasons as well as the night view. The height of the tower is 131 meters to match the population of Kyoto when it was built which was 1,310,000. On the basement floor, there is a public bath that is open from early in the morning, and it is popular for tourists since they can use it when they arrive to Kyoto early. Also Tawawa-chan Jinja (shrine) is located in the observation deck, and many people visit this shrine high up in the sky.
