Kurashiki Museum of Folk Crafts is a museum of folk crafts in the renovated building of the old rice warehouse built at the end of the Edo period. Here, you can see folk crafts of everyday life in Japan and also from all around the world. In addition to the local warehouse, there are 800 items of permanent exhibits, including ceramic and lacquer ware, wood works, stone works and textiles from many countries in the world.
