The exhibition room where you can experience the Ishinomori world
They permanently exhibit the representative works by Ishinomori such as Cyborg 009, Kamen Rider, and Android Kikaider with sound, videos and motion. There is also an original picture by Ishinomori that you can’t see anywhere else. Special exhibitions are always held which are also a must see.

Many workshops
In the “Manga lecture for beginners” in the multimedia studio on the third floor, the pictures you draw become an animation. The animation will be created with the pictures on the spot. They also have workshops such as “Multimedia Animation," where you can learn the structure of animation through four games.

Manga Shikake Dokei
Manga Shikake Dokei, the mechanical watch placed on the ceiling of the entrance is the symbol of the museum. Every hour Hakuryu, a white dragon, and characters from Ishinomori works come down from the ceiling and tell us a short story with some music.

Ishinomaki Manga Road
On the way from Ishinomaki Station on JR to Ishinomori Manga Museum, there are some monuments of characters from Ishinomori Manga. The characters are on mail boxes, benches and even on the manhole covers… Let’s look for the hiding characters all over town on your way to the museum.
