Traditional lavender fields
It is the oldest lavender field in Japan. The traditional lavender field was the starting point of the Farm Tomita. In the rich landscape of Nakafurano, the slightly-sloped field is covered in purple of lavender flowers. Near the field, there is a unique distillery factory in Japan, "Distillery Workshop" where lavender essential oil is extracted, among other facilities.

Irodori field
In addition to lavender fields, Irodori field is also very famous in Farm Tomita. The field is composed of seven flowers including purple lavender, white baby's breath, pink garden catchflies, etc. It is also a popular spot to capture the rainbow on the field in pictures. If you want to see the entire field, I recommend that you go to the observatory deck at "Forest House."

In the welcoming house of the Farm Tomita, Hanabito House, there are a shop and cafe on the first floor and Lavender Museum on the second floor. You can buy bonafide herbal perfumes or lavender soaps as gifts. You can also taste lavender icecream at a cafe. You must stop by this place when you come to the Farm Tomita.
