Aya Teruha Suspension Bridge

(Source : )
The Aya Teruha Suspension Bridge spanning over Miyazaki prefecture's Honjo river was linked in 1984 and is one of the largest pedestrian suspension bridges in the world, with a length of 250 meters and height of 142 meters. The Teruha forest area that can be seen from the bridge is part of Kyushu Chuo Sanchi Quasi National Park and its beautiful scenery is often shown in postcards. A renovation was conducted in 2010 due to the aging of the bridge, and part of the floor was changed into a grid. You can now see directly through the floor of the bridge and can experience a sense of thrill along with the beautiful view.
