Jingisukan or Genghis Khan is one of the popular local food in Hokkaido. It is a dish of lamb and other ingredients grilled on top of an original-shaped skillet. Sumibiyaki Jingisukan Pokke serves tasty lamb in original sesame sauce and venison of Yezo deer from Shiretoko, Hokkaido. Their Jingisukan is cooked only with Hokkaido ingredients and uses no chemical additives. It goes well with beer and other alcohol drinks too. It is recommended to finish your meal with the menu called “Toripon Chazuke (cooked rice in soup topped with chicken).”
