This park has the largest surface area out of all the parks within the prefecture of Tokyo. It has a variety of facilities that are impossible to take advantage of in a day, such as the Park Train, swimming pool, dog run area, cafes, boats and barbecue areas. An ideal spot for kids is the Kids' Forest Zone. The park attracts many people in spring for the Flower Festival and in autumn for the gorgeous autumn hues.
