Ikaho Onsen is known as one of the most famous hot spring places of Gunma, along with Kusatsu Onsen. Sabo Temari is a popular café situated in an old Japanese-style house, located on the back alley of Ishidan (stone stairs), the main street of the onsen town. Locals often visit here as well. The café has a retro interiors and offers a nostalgic atmosphere. You can have a comfortable time here while enjoying freshly brewed authentic coffee and homemade cakes. A folk craft shop is located on the second floor of the café where you can enjoy shopping for Japanese goods and pottery that are collected all over Japan. A part of the stylish tableware used at the café is being sold here too. Please check the shop when you visit the café!
