(Source : 食べログ)
Situated near the traditional old tea house district, Higashi Chaya District in Kanazawa, Ishikawa, it is a popular Japanese restaurant known as a place where it is hard to get a reservation. In fact, the building of this restaurant is a renovated old folk house, which only has private rooms. Therefore, only 4 groups can get a reservation a day. The owner of this restaurant, who loves to walk around and try many different types of food, proposes innovative Japanese traditional cuisine with new ingredients and different methods of cooking. In addition to lunch and dinner, you can also have breakfast, "Kanazawa asage" (1,500 yen) only on Sunday morning.
