CALL SIM

You need a residence card to purchase this SIM card, so this service is suitable for foreign nationals who need a Japanese phone number and plan to be in Japan for a long term. Many telecommunications companies in Japan have a certain contract period. However, with the JP SMART CALL service, you are not bound by a minimum contract period. You can cancel your SIM card service at any time. The first month of subscription is free, and customer service is available in English.

1. 1 GB (880 yen incl. tax/month)
2. 3 GB (1,408 yen incl. tax/month)
2. 6 GB (1,958 yen incl. tax/month)

5. 50 GB (5,478 yen incl. tax/month)

DATA SIM

If you are planning to visit Japan and are staying only for a short time, you can buy a DATA SIM Card through which you can use the internet to chat and call your friends and family via WhatsApp, Messenger, LINE or other apps. You can submit this application online using your passport. There is no minimum contract period, customer service in English is also available, and the first month subscription is free. You can also get an IP phone number starting with 050 if you submit an additional application. The application process is the same as that for CALL SIM card.

PREPAID SIM

The PREPAID SIM card is also suitable for short-term visitors in Japan. Your SIM card can be sent to the hotel or airport where you land, and there is also English customer support. The application fee is free, and you don't have to cancel your SIM card contract when you leave Japan. If you order a SIM card before 14:00, your SIM card will be dispatched on the same day.

With this service, a data quota of 3 GB can be used every day, there is no minimum contract period, and a Residence Card is required to sign up. If you don't want to use a credit card, you can pay your bill at convenience stores throughout Japan.
