Stress Buster: make your own squishy

Have you heard about Squishies? Everyone, from kids to adults, are interested in toys that make you feel better. Squishes, or Squeeze as they are called in Japan, are the perfect distraction.

Most tourists end up buying Japanese souvenirs for their loved ones. How about making a few squishy for your friends and family? There are many places where you can make your own stress buster! Can you believe that there is also a ‘Japan Squishy Association’ that opened in March 2018 in Harajuku, Tokyo!

There are various courses to choose from. You can make a variety of squishies with colorful toppings for decorations.

You can pack it in a transparent case and it almost looks like a real donut, doesn't it?

The time it takes for the paint to dry is one day. It's so tempting to touch it, right? But please be patient!

You can also decorate a slice of bread dipped in milk which is made by the famous squishy brand BLOOM and sold at MOOSH, a squishy store in Harajuku. If you're lucky, you might get in without a reservation but to avoid waiting, it is best to make a reservation.

MOOOSH also sells cute character squishes; of course, you can get a feel for them before buying any.
