Once you go through the Kaminarimon gate, you will see Nakamise, and behind Nakamise, you will see the must-see spots such as the main building of Sensoji and the five-story pagoda. Daikokuya
An old tendon (rice bowl dish with tempura) shop established in 1887, located in Asakusa. First of all, you will be amazed at how large the tendon is. The popular dish is shrimp tendon, with many big shrimp tempura all over, the rice is almost hidden beneath. Deep-fried tempura in sesame oil with sweet-spicy sauce is their specialty. They have maintained this unique taste since they started business.

At night, Nakamise takes on a different look. The lively atmosphere changes, it is lit up by warm lights and produces an elegant appearance. The shutters of the stores are 380 meters long painted with different artwork and entertain the visitor’s eyes.
