Menya Saimi is a ramen shop opened in 2000 by the owner who had worked at a famous ramen shop in Sapporo. It grew to be one of the best ramen shops in Sapporo where people always make a line and wait for 30 to 60 minutes. Their advertising menu is the miso ramen with rich, mellow soup that the owner invented after experimenting many times. Some people come all the way from far away only to eat this ramen. It is also popular among foreign tourists.
